Hello, nice to e-meet you! I am Gilang, fresh graduate of agriculture at Jenderal Soedirman University. A creative thinker who is able to approach problems or challenges from new perspectives, alternative points of view, or simply create space for new ideas. I am interested in combining social responsibility and sustainability, and how they can improve the health and well-being of communities. Quality management systems, environmental management, and occupational health and safety (K3) management are important instruments used to integrate all company or organization systems and processes in one complete framework. Why guarantee an integrated system? To create zero defects, zero waste pollution and zero accidents. As an agricultural graduate, I know how important my role is in the success of community welfare and worker safety, because health and safety are the greatest assets for any organization.I have some experience related to the role I am interested in. First, my team and I won the SEOUL INTERNATIONAL INVENTION FAIR (SIIF) award by winning the "Silver Award" and the NATIONAL RESEARCH COUNCIL OF THAILAND (NRCT) by winning the "Special Award", which is the biggest international innovation competition in Asia, my team and I developed the product Pesticide bioremediation, which can reduce the level of pesticide contamination on land, is a form of dedication to the welfare and health of the community. Second, I was the General Chair of Himagrotek UNSOED 2023, I took care of all internal and external affairs of the organization, outreach with the community, and human resource training. Most recently, I have attended QHSE Integration training at Mindo Education studying quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015), environmental management systems (ISO 14001:2015), K3 management systems (ISO 45001:2018), SMK3 PP 50/2012. As for increasing my data processing skills, I have completed training at MySkill, studying Microsoft Excel Basic – Advance, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point with a professional title.With my experience, I am interested in improving the standard of living through the involvement of health and safety in the work environment and community welfare, of course I will always try to improve my skills and knowledge.
