As an Environmental Supervisor at Adaro MetCoal (AMC) my primary responsibility is to ensure that our operations align with environmental regulations and standards. I am tasked with monitoring and implementing environmental compliance measures across various aspects of our activities.

I previously held a position as SHE Supervisor at Trisensa Mineral Utama, a prominent coal mine concession owner based in East Kalimantan and a subsidiary of PT TBS Energi Utama, Tbk Group.During my tenure, I successfully led a team responsible for environmental compliance, including overseeing our company's achievement of Blue Rank at the national level and Green Rank at the regional level in the PROPER (National & Regional, East Kalimantan) assessment.To ensure our commitment to excellence, our section actively engaged in auditing processes to comply with ISO 9001, ISO 18001, and ISO 45001 standards, collaborating closely with DQS Indonesia.Additionally, I performed various tasks such as conducting inspections, observations, and drafting reports, including PICA (Problem Identification Corrective Action), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control). I also proficiently handled computer-based responsibilities, including Safety Accountability Program and basic ArcGis usage. Moreover, I diligently completed weekly, monthly, quarterly, semesterly reports such as Environment Monitoring and Management Report (RKL-RPL), as well as annual reports like the RKAB Report (Enviro sheet). Furthermore, I efficiently managed data filing and monitoring as required in SIMPEL (Sistem Monitoring Pemantauan Lingkungan).Through my extensive experience in these roles, I have developed a comprehensive skill set and a deep understanding of environmental compliance and safety practices within the mining industry. During my tenure at PT Mitra Terminal Kaltim, a subsidiary of the PPA Group specializing in Coal Trans shipping, I held the position of SHE Officer. In this role, my primary focus was on ensuring safety, health, and environmental compliance within specific areas of responsibility.I was responsible for overseeing safety measures and protocols in the Coal Hauling Road, Coal Stockpile, and Jetty areas. By implementing effective safety procedures and promoting a culture of awareness, I worked diligently to mitigate potential risks and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel involved.My role encompassed various tasks, including conducting regular inspections, identifying potential hazards, and implementing appropriate safety measures. I also played an integral part in creating and delivering safety training programs to enhance employee awareness and ensure adherence to established safety guidelines.Through my experience at PT Mitra Terminal Kaltim, I gained valuable insights into the intricacies of the coal transportation and shipping industry. This exposure strengthened my skills in safety management, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.

I began my professional journey as part of the Graduate Development Program within the Safety, Health, and Environmental department. Currently, I am actively engaged in the Environmental Section, where my role as an Environmental Officer involves fulfilling crucial responsibilities.As an Environmental Officer, my primary focus revolves around ensuring compliance with the Government of Indonesia's regulations regarding hazardous waste management. This entails overseeing the proper treatment of hazardous waste, in strict accordance with legal requirements.Another key aspect of my role involves overseeing the waste water treatment process for all industrial waste water. I am dedicated to ensuring that the treatment methods employed are not only environmentally friendly but also align with regulatory standards before releasing the treated waste water into the environment.In our section, we actively participate in the auditing processes to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 18001, and ISO 45001 standards.Through my involvement in these activities, I have gained valuable experience in environmental compliance, waste management, and regulatory adherence. I am committed to making a positive impact in safeguarding the environment while ensuring that industry practices align with legal obligations and industry standards.

As the Laboratory Coordinator for the Environmental Lab at the Engineering Faculty of Mulawarman University, I have played a pivotal role in overseeing and supervising the lab's operations.Within this position, my primary responsibility has been to coordinate and ensure the smooth functioning of the Environmental Lab. The lab provides a range of services, including the design of water treatment systems, environmental sampling (including soil, wastewater, and air sampling), industrial hygiene assessments, GIS (Geographic Information System) analysis, plumbing design, waste management systems (both hazardous and non-hazardous), composting systems, soil reclamation, and more.Additionally, the lab serves as a valuable resource for Environmental Engineering students in their final year, providing them with in-depth analytical data and access to research equipment. I have actively supported these students in completing their theses and research papers, facilitating their academic pursuits and encouraging a high standard of scientific inquiry.Through my role as Laboratory Coordinator, I have gained extensive experience in managing the various aspects of an environmental lab. This includes overseeing the maintenance and calibration of lab equipment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, coordinating research projects, and fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for students and lab staff.I take pride in the important role our lab plays in advancing environmental research, addressing complex environmental challenges, and providing students with practical experience. I am dedicated to continually enhancing the lab's capabilities, expanding its services, and promoting innovation in the field of environmental engineering.

I have had the opportunity to work in two significant roles within the field of environmental compliance.In September 2016, I joined the Sekerat Dam Project with Kementerian PUPR (Ministry of Public Works and Housing), specifically in the Dinas PUPR Bidang Sumber Daya Air (Department of Public Works in the Water Resources Sector) of Kalimantan Timur province. In this position as a Social and Law Surveyor staff, I contributed to the project by conducting surveys and assessments related to social and legal aspects. My responsibilities included evaluating the impact of the dam project on local communities, analyzing legal requirements and compliance, and providing recommendations for the project's social and legal frameworks.During the same period, I also served as a Field Coordinator for sampling in the Environmental Compliance Project for PT PLN (Persero) in the Bontang area. In this role, I visited and inspected 11 diesel-powered generators owned by PT PLN to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and document the necessary compliance records. By conducting thorough inspections and assessments, I contributed to maintaining environmental standards and promoting sustainable practices within PT PLN's operations.These experiences have provided me with valuable insights into the complexities of environmental compliance and the need for meticulous monitoring and documentation. They have also honed my skills in conducting field assessments, analyzing legal frameworks, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
