● Ensuring efficient inventory management by monitoring of inventory levels and the condition of spare parts at each branch to prevent stockouts and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders across a national network of over 100 branches. ● Analyze the actual sales performance of spare parts VS sales targets to determine the daily, weekly and monthly performance of each branch to generate profits, and make decisions regarding purchase orders (PO) and purchase requisitions (PR) for each branch. ● Effective collaboration with various stakeholders such as branch managers, sales teams, and vendors to monitor sales targets and address any issues that may arise promptly. ● Coordinate with main dealers regarding spare parts procurement and control the movement of spare parts until they are received by each branch. ● Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock based on inventory policies and sell these items to potential vendors or through other channels.

- Manage and coordinate laboratory assistant team to achieve the goals including internal and external scope- Responsible of department performance at the current period and conduct the evaluation for the laboratory improvement continuously

- Conducting stock opname activity to maintain spare parts quantity using list to floor and floor to list method- Conducting good issue or issue items that have been reserved by the user using SAP- Create the recapitulation of goods issue and goods receipt - Manage goods flow from receiving warehouse to storage warehouse- Labelling the goods according to the product description in SAP- Update goods locator periodically
