Implementation of Clinical Studies, including organisation, monitoring and administration processes proposed by the Principal Investigator.

Implementation of a catalogue of health care services: services description, benchmarking, communications plan (Information publications, mailings, congress participation …). Team work included development of Smart Home for home support for the elderly: development of a research protocol including volunteer testing, advice on technology, scenarios and ergonomic solutions.

Duties included writing protocols, submission to regulatory bodies, monitoring, process improvement, training of medical staff, budget development.

Team management included Food Safety (HACCP), Establishment of objectives for the service, cleanliness and quality, product inventory management, Scheduling of staff.

Duties included management of work-related accidents, improvement of working conditions, decision support, monitoring indicators, setting up of Trial Audits, design and implementation of Knowledge Management tools, use of OHSAS 18001 certification, occupational risk assessment.
