Key responsibilities:- Led the annual and quarterly budgeting and financial planning process for the category- Led the financial analysis and economic evaluation for new product launches and product upgrades- Led all pricing and strategic revenue management activities for the category- Led the competitive benchmarking study and analysis that drive insights used in executing "smart" pricing and perfecting product launch decisions- Led the 5-year strategic planning exercise for the category

Manufacturing site finance leader (member of the site leadership team) with overall responsibility for cost improvement, simplification & process improvement, capital budget optimization, financial planning, cost accounting, internal controls & people management. Key responsibilities:- Led the annual, quarterly and monthly cost forecasting process- Lead monthly actual cost variance analysis for the site- Led all accounting and internal control related activities for the site- Managed and had direct oversight on capital spend and inventory in the manufacturing site, warehouses and distribution centers- Led the 5-year cost improvement road map exercise for the site

Corporate Finance Controller with overall responsibility for financial reporting, accounting, accounts payable, treasury & cash management, taxes and compliance. Key responsibilities:- Led all month-end and year-end activities for the organization ensuring integrity of the company's financial statement- Interfaced with external auditors (Deloitte) and tax consultants (PwC)- Led all treasury related activities with focus on cash flow and working capital- Led the company's balance sheet clean-up exercise leading to over 98% of balance sheet accounts fully reconciled

- Led all tax reporting and compliance activities- Led and successfully defended all government tax audits including corporate tax, sales tax and payroll tax audits- Co-led the effort to obtain the company's first export incentives introduced by the Government- Led all tax planning efforts including company business model redesign, set up of new legal entities, etc.
