Hi, I am Fakruddin Haji, born in Chennai, South India, into a business family, I pursued my education, obtaining a degree in Mechanical Engineering from BSA Crescent Engineering College, Chennai. After my graduation, I dedicated three months to social service in Yemen, overseeing Generator Maintenance for the town of Hutaib. Upon my return, I spent a year in the family business. Seeking a new challenge, I Co-Founded a Foundation Bolt Manufacturing company in December 2012, named ROYAL ANCHORS, establishing it from the ground up. Over a decade, I set up manufacturing processes and implemented essential systems, shaping the company's success. Eventually, I took over as the CEO of the family business.Upon joining the family business, I faced multiple challenges. We lacked a marketing department and were overly reliant on existing customers for business. Furthermore, we lagged behind in technology compared to our competitors. My task was to rejuvenate the company's growth.To address these challenges, we initiated a comprehensive marketing strategy. This involved participating in industrial expos, creating a dynamic website, and establishing a strong social media presence. Simultaneously, we invested in automation, acquiring a CNC Cutting Machine to streamline our cutting processes, thus increasing production capacity.These strategic actions led to a significant boost in new customers and increased sales.
