I promote team work and help my clients or co workers reach their goals by mentoring or consulting them on their careers or their startups, helping them manage their expectations and realize were their core strengths and passions are.With an ever changing business scape there are no standard rules of how to achieve a successful startup, you will find that some people are happy go lucky others work hard to achieve their goals. in business each case is unique while the goals remains the same, success, growth and financial security are the ultimate aim for any aspiring entrepreneur. I graduated as a civil engineer from Auckland's College in the UK and realized its an ancient science with new tools, that career didn’t inspire me at all, so I decided to de-root from Engineering and look into the commercial and business world. First I changed careers, then worked across many industries intentionally, I gained valuable know how, knowledge and insight on the inner workings of not only business but people as well, my 25 years journey was carefully charted to allow me to cover area’s that continuously challenges my know-how and build valuable unique and diverse experiences ranging from Procurement & Supply Chain, Contract Management and Negotiations, Project Management, Sales & Communications, Business Development, Commercial, Starting and Building startups and finally Business Consultancy, I believe if you seek you will find what your looking for.
