I am an agricultural extension and communication specialist with over 10 years of practice. I have experience in project management, information sharing and risk management.I have worked with individuals and corporate agencies on best practices in cashew and cocoa supply chain in compliance with the Rain Forest Alliance and EU Deforestation Regulations.I am competent in making proposal, implementation and upscaling sustainability activities.Such as, developing partnerships and working closely with stakeholders and coordinating the sustainability team to ensure traceable and standard delivery of sustainably sourced products (Cocoa and Cashew). Also, supporting the monitoring and evaluation framework and reports to clients. I do ensure accurate project and overhead budgeting, financial management as well as qualitative and quantitative reporting according to internal requirements which is in compliance with 3rd parties, partners and subsidy donor and/or client requirements.I oversee Tropic Highland Apiary and Natural Foods at Village Hills Company International Limited, having over 1500 beehives across 3 states in the Southwestern region of Nigeria.I am a researcher and trainer helping women and youth in agriculture.I have trained young students from secondary schools and tertiary institutions on importance of pollinators and the best management practices in handling African honey bees for sustainable commercial honey and beeswax production.My current objective is to work in a growing and dynamic organization that provides an enabling environment for young professionals. My desire is to continue to develop my skills and use every professional experience I have garnered over the years to provide a selfless service towards achieving the corporate organizational goals.
