At Times, my mandate was to drive audience and business growth through a combination of product and content innovation. As part of the central growth team, I closely collaborated with product, tech and content departments to drive digital transformation projects for two key businesses- Times News Network (TNN) and Bennett University's Times School of Media (TSOM).

As an EPM, my core mandate was to bring editorial soundness to News Product planning. Aligned with the Journalism Product Team (JPOD) at TIL, I extensively collaborated with editorial and product teams to identify internal gaps that impact product roadmaps and editorial mandate. Projects I worked on:-NewscardCMS-Habit forming properties such as "Start Your Day With"-Building a new Taxonomy for TOI+-Signals Dashboard for TOI+ content analysisMy key responsibilities included------Running Daily Standups | Leverage Scrum process in Agile methodology; with 2-week sprints for a 6-member tech team of Data Scientists and ML Engineers-Maintaining a prioritized task list that syncs news cycles with product planning as well as long-term strategic initiatives-Consistently collaborating with editorial teams to develop a deeper understanding of News Product development-Support engineering teams to develop products that are optimized for newsroom workflows.
