B2R (Business-To-Rural) is a rural BPO organization operating in rural Uttarakhand – which aims to deliver business value for corporations, together with social value by creating sustainable employment for rural youth. In operation for over fourteen years, we currently have four operations delivery centers of 50-100 seat capacity each and a team of 450+ spread across these locations, ~50% of whom are women.With a core team experienced in BPM, on one hand we engage with customers to outsource their business tasks in US Mortgage, Data Labelling & Annotation, Publishing Support Services, Localization & Translation, Finance & Accounts, Customer Service, Insurance & Legal, and on the other hand, create training & delivery processes to have rural youth, typically with a high school/inter-pass qualification, to be able to learn and deliver the task in a predictable, consistent delivery model. Our team has been working with Fortune 500 corporations as well as small & medium enterprises for their regular outsourcing business requirements, delivering securely to high accuracy and turnaround time. Beyond Service Excellence, we also partner for Business Transformation - our technology, automation & platform led approach can help automate, optimize or reengineer client processes in flexible gainsharing models. Our technology partnerships with industry leaders help to integrate Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence-Machine Learning Platforms to engineer digital transformations, including image & video annotation

• Spearheaded a cabinet of 11 members and team of 80+ Junior Executive members, charted the organization structure and the timeline to host the virtual TEDx event at SRCC witnessing distinguished speakers like Ravi Kumar Dahiya, Mukesh Chhabra, IAS Sonal Goel, Aditya Raj Kapoor and others• Key Highlights: Audience base 2500+ | 8+ Speakers| 200% Engagement rate |• Charted the organisation structure and superintended the entire operations of the team throughout the year• Devised an end-to-end marketing plan and gained a cumulative media impression of 2,00,000+ and a reach of 5,00,000+• Focused on budget creation, converting collaborations, and handling the entire logistical requirement of the event.

• Actively involved in event marketing of TEDxSRCC through ideation and development of interactive videos and posts on social media platforms to amplify event traction leading to 400% engagement rate with a reach of 200,000+ (300% increase) and 400,000+ impressions (500% increase).• Hosted the likes of distinguished speakers such as Javed Akhtar, Anna Hazare, Ankur Warikoo, Meenakshi Lekhi, Nishant Suri, and many others; 9+ speakers and 4+ Performers.• Designed the website for the event on WIX.• Promoted to Co-organiser of the session 2021-22.

- Uplifted 22 artisans from 4 states, facilitating 140% increase in their monthly income by identifying industry white spaces, introducing supply chain efficiency & creating a product market fit of 45+ contemporized products, thereby achieving a revenue of 4 lacs+ (550% YoY increase)- Expanded globally via export houses to US, UK & UAE, with a customer base of 1500+, displayed products in 8 retail outlets & 15 exhibitions- Launched water hyacinth basketry with expected skill development of 100+ tribal women; devised market entry strategies & streamlined all operations- Fostered fundraising for underprivileged artisans & SHGs in Pilibhit and successfully raised 1 lakh+ fordistributing covid supplies, medicine kits & ration among 250+ families- Developed e-commerce website & mobile application, 30+ e-listings & managed social media with 600K+ impressions (260% YoY growth).
