 Design infrastructure and facilities in accordance with Bell Canada’s engineering principles, guidelines, policies and safety standards  Monitor and manage network facilities using various computer based programs, i.e. NetWorkX, SAP, IPAIRS  Conduct surveys for above ground structures (poles, cables etc.)  Perform site visits to provide the best possible solution to feed the units with fiber  Read civil engineering drawings and export manhole and conduit information from NetWorkX  Prepare work plans for contractors and provide cost estimate to senior staff for approval  Coordinates effectively with vendors to schedule construction dates to complete project with minimal disruptionsMonitor project process and track progress against milestones, scope, budget and estimate  Work with the project managers to proactively address issues, risks and take ownership and accountability over projects and outcomes  Ensure milestone dates are met from the creation of a network to its completion (design, site visit, work plan, quality checks, scheduling, permits, material, roadblock resolutions, revisions etc.).  Facilitate roadblock resolution throughout the different phases of a project i.e. design and construction  Understand the technical architecture and facilitate discussion and guide decisions on appropriate solutions  Ensure all close out documentations are created and archived appropriately  Following the corporate requirements, standards and best practices to deliver each project to clients’ satisfaction  Communicate status updates through email, SAP reports, weekly call etc.
