- Senior Product Management of the photonic integration technologies and markets such as telecom, datacom, Lidar, sensing etc.- Provide product and technology feedback to customers, customized products for customers, while satisfying their overall requirements.- Provide product and technology feedback to customers.- Get the customers’ needs and challenges, translate this to functional specs for building blocks and designs.- Create traction with new customers to strengthen our offer to and intimacy collaborate with these customers.- Work together with Sales and Marketing team to assess and develop new business opportunities and to define the scope and requirements for new projects.- Work with R&D to set specifications and drive future technology developments as well as work with our Engineering team to set priorities for maturing the developed technologies.

The job responsibility as below,- Organize the meeting between internal engineer team and customer team, for project communication and discussion;- Assist internal engineer team to confirm the requirements & technical details with customers; - Assist internal engineer team to communicate with customer's testing team on the implementation and improvement of the projects;- As a contact window, responsible for recording, summarizing and following up the key contents of each meeting by English email;- Responsible for internal cost evaluation, quotation and business negotiation;- Be responsible for control and manage the project stutas, delivery schedule and afterservice following up.
