Developing QMS for improvement of overall quality.Recruit, train, and deploy quality personnel to achieve the QC department’s objectives. supporting the objective of the organization.To organize equipment, chemicals, and other inputs required for the QC functions.Laboratory analysis of all raw materials to finished goods to ensure quality finished products are supplied to customers.Coordinating with manufacturing, marketing, purchase, and logistic departments on quality-related issues.

Manage and motivate production staff to deliver exceptional work.Attend team meetings to discuss production status and ongoing problems. Material Reconciliation of both Raw and Packaging Materials used for production. Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for staff.Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.Work with Managers to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedules.
