About Roland Falder

As a Partner in international law firms such as TaylorWessing and Bird & Bird I have specialized in German and international labour and employment law. In September 2014 I have founded my own Boutique firm Emplawyers in Munich, which- as the Name suggests- represents employers in labour and employment matters. my particular expertise is cross border employment law, which includes secondments as well as the harmonisation of international Company regulations such as Employee handbooks, compliance rules and remuneration Systems (incl. stock Option plans). At the beginning of 2019 I changed my status to Senior Counsel.I am one of the few lawyers in Germany advising on Chinese employment law (incl. seminars and articles). Further I have written publications about Thai Company Law and UAE Employment law, since I have been working in these countries myself.In addition to my activity in my firm I have been working with a Thai and a UAE firm. I am working partly from my Munich Office, partly from my different places in Asia
