Sector Head - Home & Personal Care Raw Materials

Responsible for the Aromatiks Sector - Cosmetics & Detergent Raw Materials. Reporting to the Director/ Business Unit Head, the responsibilities include:New Business/Product DevelopmentSales and MarketingSupply Chain Management - Imports/ Logistics/ Procurement/ Inventory/ Transport/ OperationsNegotiation with Foreign SuppliersLiaising with Foreign Principals and Local Clients Additional tasks:Daily communication and coordination with Foreign Principals/ Suppliers on problem solving.Act as a mediator in solving issues pertaining to shipments/ consignment clearance with Supply Chain Dept. of clients and principals.Coordinate with the Research & Development teams in solving issues relating to new product development.Create awareness to the brands/marketing teams on new trends in the global/ regional personal care and home care industry.Trained overseas in Personal Care Raw Materials including Fragrances, Oral Care Flavours and Cosmetic Ingredients Assisted by a Junior Executive reporting on Operations of Aromatiks Sector. Supervise on overall operations of Aromatiks Sector.
