I lead the "Innovation Services" department under the CTO's umbrella. Our main responsibilities revolve around enhancing Research and Development (R&D) in three crucial aspects. Firstly, we strive to make R&D more agile by fostering agile thinking, methods, and processes through the guidance of our two dedicated coaches. Secondly, we implement lean R&D processes in accordance with ISO 13485 standards, overseen by our two Process Engineers who focus on the so-called "Innovation Process." Lastly, our team includes two colleagues who ensure transparency in our R&D project portfolio. They maintain a clear project list and provide senior management with the necessary information for informed decision-making.

I lead and execute special topics and projects for the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and apply my Management Consulting skills in an internal transformation program. My focus is on optimizing Eppendorf's Research and Development (R&D) and Production sites. I am actively involved in the establishment of a new department, Innovation Services. In this role, I will be spearheading initiatives related to agile development support, which includes coaching, training, facilitation, and consulting. Additionally, I will be overseeing the innovation process, ensuring documentation from ideation to product phase-out adheres to ISO standards.
