At Mens Coaching (Human Coaching) we focus on empowering people and preventing absenteeism at work. Because why wait until it's too late? Staying healthy and fit is what we strive for every day. After working in complex reintegration for 7 years, I concluded that I do not support the reintegration approach as it is done in the Netherlands. Instead of trying to change that system, we decided to build something new and make preventive help more accessible than ever. We offer this in the form of a simple service to companies, so that employees remain empowered and unnecessary absenteeism is prevented. Interested? I'd like to meet you. What I can further say is: Knowledge of psychology is indispensable in any field and I consider effective communication to be a true art. I find it fascinating to get to the core of something, in a conversation, or in myself. Because from there I arrive to a whole new approach to any issue, or how to deal with a certain problem. Furthermore I don't believe in holy grails. Each specific situation is different and the challenge is to find the right approach or for this specific person or situation. A challenging process in which creativity is always needed. In doing this I rely on a wide range of knowledge and experience, because I like to approach things as integrated and systemically as possible. Everything that manifests is always a combination of factors.
