I work at MHCC as a Faculty Counselor, providing career and mental health counseling within and beyond Accessible Education Services. I work 1:1 with students and teach Human Development classes, as well. —-My focus is connecting people to the right resources and facilitating moments of change. I’ve worked in numerous roles as therapist, coach and advisor. I help individuals identify barriers, create opportunities and make actionable plans to achieve their most pressing goals.In my decade as an entrepreneur, as partner of DOJO Agency, a creative marketing communications firm, I managed HR operations for seven employees and 20+ contractors. I built accounts with clients in healthcare, IT, universities, apparel and non-profits, ensuring they remained long-term fans. Through my experience of growing a company from the ground up, I discovered a passion for people development. In my work as a counselor and professional development trainer, I get to leverage my knowledge to help individuals make meaningful change in their work and personal lives.
