My duties during my work in this position :Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.Optimize and expand distribution partnerships.Initiating promotions to generate business at key times Forecasting revenue performance Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, tour operator, corporate, consortia, crew, groups, etc…).Challenge and influence hôtel to improve service level and operational standards.

Trains, cross –trains, and retrains all front office personnel.Participates in the selection of front office personnel.Schedules the front office staff.Supervises workload during shifts.Evaluates the job performance if each front office employee.Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments.Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated.Resolves guest problems Ensure logging and delivery of all messages, packages, and mailMonitor all V.I.P 's special guests and requests.Prepare revenue and occupancy forecasting.
