Community builder, culinary educator, and entrepreneur with over 7 years of creating unique experiences around food. My business, the Sprouting Kitchen, is the only dietitian-led program teaching cooking classes outside on local farms. I have hosted over 200 virtual cooking classes for audiences including hospital patients, corporate team-building programs, and med students. Some notable accomplishments:- As the chair of the Hunger and Environmental Nutrition (HEN) Dietetic Practice Group, I lead an engaged group of 1200+ dietitians who are dedicated to sustainable food systems.- Awarded Nutrition Entrepreneur Grant from Siggi's Yogurt.
