Throughout my career, I have been passionate about creating positive change by addressing issues related to crime prevention, youth development, and community-police relations.Currently serving as the Division Manager of Community Justice at the Urban League of Broward County, I oversee key programs focused on youth crime prevention, diversion alternatives for youth, and youth hate crime education and prevention. I’m committed to building partnerships with stakeholders, developing innovative strategies, and implementing impactful programs that empower underserved communities and foster equity and justice for all.My expertise includes securing grant funding, creating new programs, and driving positive outcomes for marginalized populations.
