Hi, I am Fallon Radler. I am a junior at Oconomowoc High School. I am currently involved in DECA, the biggest club at the school, where I hold the position of Social Media Coordinator. In addition, I am also on the leadership team for Delta Epsilon Phi, which is the German Honor Society; I run the Communication Position. In addition, I was very involved with FBLA, the Student Council, the English Honor Society, and the Social Studies Honor Society. Through involvement, I have furthered my skills, such as using social media to reach out to members and the community, and I have learned to organize community service events like Grilling 2 Give and Adopt a School. In addition to being involved in the school, I have a job within the Community as a Hostess at Coco's Seafood and Steakhouse. It has taught me how to be a listener, manage stress, and improve my customer service skills. Overall, working has taught me how to manage my time wisely. In addition, over the summer, I help coach beach volleyball to young kids. It has helped me learn how to communicate and be patient.
