This includes the process of making all new training documents and a schedule to see a new employee to an experienced estimator in a very short time. I also work on the hospitality division for my department as a surface/counter top drafter and estimator. My years of experience have made me to be an accurate as well as quick estimator/drafter. I look forward to learning new knowledge of my industry as well as years of being an asset to the field.
