Supporting member of an instructional team for a two year diploma program. Heavy focus on course planning, educational skills training, organization and delivery for a variety of equine related labs and lectures, as well as maintaining Olds College safety standards for students and animals used in classes.- Assist in coordinating the academic curriculum for the program courses and various labs- Event planning and management for a variety of college related events on and off campus- Responsible for overall management of 40+ horses that are used daily in various classes- Organization and development of 50+ students in the program - Client and customer service duties - Contract instructor of an operations management course directed to second year students as well as responsibilities of overseeing large facility management for the two main arenas- Weekend management of student employees (hiring, scheduling and managing applicants/employees during times of paid work on weekends, Christmas break, reading week and Easter long weekend.- Trade show experience- Educational skills training My experience and specialized skills include a keen interest in application of business management practices, logistics/problem solving, planning/organization, team work skills and communications.During my time at Olds College, I have also developed my skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and a few other educational programs. I am a very quick learner and pride my self in being quite tech savvy.I have also been apart of multiple conflict resolution matters, mostly revolving around student related issues, as well as have acted as a mentor for students over the past seven years.
