I have over 14 years experience in the aquatic industry and over 6 years experience of training, presenting and assessing Swim Instructors & Lifeguards. My background in the aquatic industry has been varied, having worked in a number of environments, which has only added to my skillset to pass onto others. With my experience and understanding of the pool lifeguard role as well as pool management I am able to deliver effective training to meet the needs of the trainee and facility.I have undertaken a variety of different roles in the aquatic industry which includes facility and swim school management, lifeguarding and swim teaching training and assessing.I have been delivering and presenting courses to a number of trainees from different organisations including; St Cuthbert's College Aquatic Centre, Olympic Pool & Fitness Centre, Dean Greenwood Swim School, Next Generation & Parnell Swim Club.
