I started my story at Rabobank in 2007. After four years as Executive Director in the division of Rural Banking, I became Head of Corporate Banking in 2019, being responsible for managing sales and relationship activities for Wholesale Clients International, TCF and International Desk.I’m also a Member of International Wholesale Committees, actively taking part in decision-making and with the role of being a spokesperson for local interests. Through the committees, I am able to track the evolution of the business and seek for Rabobank's revenue maximization in a sustainable way.My career in agribusiness started with a Bachelor’s degree in Agronomic Engineering from Federal University of Viçosa, Brazil. After that, I achieved an MBA in Finance from the University of California (USA), and a specialization in Strategic Management in Banking from INSEAD, France. Since then, I have built a long experience in F&A, including production, processing, and agri and livestock management – paths that have taught me a lot about the sector and brought me where I am today.I believe my mission is to contribute to a more cooperative agribusiness for stakeholders from farm to table, starting from the adoption of best practices, management and governance, and human leadership, always looking at the seeds we are planting for the future.
