• Maintain credit department's organizational structure to sufficiently meet objectives• Schedule team, post PTO and personal leaves• Update manuals and training procedures• Enforce policy and procedures• Provide ongoing training for credit team, executives, and casino hosts• Work with VP, directors, executives, casino hosts, cage, compliance, and collections for the benefit of guests and the company• Manage relationships with credit reporting agencies• Resolve disputes involving credit issues

Las Vegas, Nevada Area

• Supervise main cage, poker, baccarat, and high limit slot cashiers• Enforce cage policies and procedures• Schedule cashiers, post PTO and personal leaves• Counsel cashiers and cage clerks• Work with executives, hosts, and credit for the benefit of guests• Train clerk and cashier positions in all aspects of their position, including compliance and Title 31• Assist in resolving bank errors• Resolve guest disputes involving cage and credit issues

• Build long term relationships with clients both for business and personal accounts• Proactively provided input on developing effective strategies for increasing sales and referrals• Assist clients with various needs, such as opening checking and savings accounts; investing in certificates of deposits (CDs), money market and other commercial banking products; and planning for retirement or college• Resolve client concerns, issues, and inquires while insuring high level of customer satisfaction
