I am taking charge all the activities regards the international project and cooperation, including R&D Project management , M&A management, net-work building up and global business development for Kangde Composites automotive business.

Take charge the daily operation of the R&D Center, including commercial management, international project management, finance management , net-work builidng up and business development.

At the moment Kangde Composites is building up the 1st Automobile mass-production line with HP-RTM and Wet-Pressing process in China. I am working in this company and charging all the activites related to the cooperation with abroad company, inlcuding insittute, equipment supplier and material supplier. At the same time Kangde is building up its R&D Center and Automobile lightweight solution center in Munich. At the moment I am the one who is charging all the acitivities of building up and operation of these two centers with the support of Germany local team.

In charge of the manufacturing engineering of the industrialization of several Airbus Work Packages in China.
