Partner with commercial team to support growth of a fast paced business- formulate financial strategies and targets for China business - direct and supervise all finance activities covering analysis, reporting, performance monitoring, budgeting and forecasting, working capital management- to drive effective control and compliance environment to ensure business health growth

• Plays a key role in connecting with the commercial teams to understand risks and opportunities in the region and ensure these translate appropriately to our financial rhythms to participate the business growth. Lead both the strategic long term planning and regular tactical forecast of the financials of total $400m volume across 13 countries of Asia.• Work efficiently with business leaders to proactively drive key business initiatives and effectively analyze and report the financial impact on business• Effectively & actively participate in business planning sessions and support development of short & long term business growth strategy

Manage the financial performance with operation team on the multi-year contracts for around 10 projects, with total volume around $600 million, including margin review, forecast, budgeting and etc.• Conduct transactional order review, costing analysis and related billing. Ensure Rev. rec., cash, billingand AR deliverables are understood, managed and meet contract terms.• Lead the closing processes and deliver Sales & Cost files for the portfolio.• Articulate commercial & financial risk and opportunities within portfolio, develop and assist FP&A toprepare annual review, operating plans and monthly estimates.• Actively participate in Contract Handover from ITO to OTR i.e. T&C clarifications, Management Entitysetup, hedging evaluation, etc.• Support PGS operations financial commitments and total cost productivity, drive financial rigor in MarginReviews and Contract Performance Reviews.• Lead process improvements within the portfolio.
