-Review client's disclosure information and all other financial related information, incl. finance process and internal control, financial and business analysis, accounting treatment and etc....-Cover investment banking business, incl. IPO, bond and ABS.

Highlights: - Working as in-charge and support senior associate in IPO engagements for Shanghai Joy You Group and Shanghai Film Group, successfully listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange and National Equities Exchange and Quotations in Mar. 2016 and Dec. 2015; - Providing SOX404 internal control reviews for Corning Inc., with US group auditors; - Interim audit for eHi Car Services Ltd (NASDAQ: EHIC) and assisting client in preparation of 6-K for FY 2016Q2; - Statutory audit for multinational clients, including Blizzard Entertainment, Ericsson Group and Fujikura Group; - Exposure to other capital market services, including post M&A advisory (curve-out) for General Electric with Amphenol Corporation; - Managing, leading and coordinating teams of 3 to 10 members; - Experiences in accounting regimes such as IFRS, US and PRC GAAP; - Technical exposure consists of specific accounting issues, including revenue recognition, share based payment, business combination and etc. Responsibilities: - Involvement in all phases of engagement, from planning, execution to completion of audit; - Liaising with client senior management with respect to audit issues, engagement timetables and status updates; - Assisting clients in preparation of financial statements and footnotes; - Preparing staffing plans and budgets for audit engagements and obtaining approvals from engagement managers; - Coordinating with various internal and external specialist, including SDC, valuation, risk assurance, investment bankers and tax experts; All project performance feedbacks rated as High Performer.

· Presenting results of analysis over the cost and effectiveness of hospitalization, to the board of NHS (National Health Service, UK);· Designing optimal solutions to the allocation of hospital resources and pricing model of services;

· Helped to launch the new financial management system and improve the accounts setting· Reorganized the balance sheets and accounting documents of last 2 years for new system
