Currently, I am with Coursera, leading their GL Team in India, handling month-end close, audits, and indirect tax compliances for foreign subsidiaries.Previously, I was the Senior Manager-Finance at Vahdam India, overseeing MIS, investor relations, taxes, secretarial duties, cross-border trade, and business compliance, ensuring profitability for this fast-growing D2C $100Mn brand operating in 100+ countries.Before Vahdam, I spent 4.5 years at Bira 91, an alco-bev company, where I led statutory audits, fundraising, due diligence, investor reporting, SAP implementation, FP&A, treasury, and managed foreign subsidiaries.
