Current- Key Responsibilities:
- Providing customer service for SGM & SGM Tier 1 customer regarding order management and delivery issues on Sensor Products.
- Monitoring SO & ISO’s OTD% and DLQ% by assessing customer’s delivery requirement v.s. make site production status
- Doing short-term (3 months) accurate forecast on the basis of month-on-month sales data & customer’s production plan.
