After graduating from university with a Business English degree, I have been working in the International Trade industry. In the past around seven years of my career, the company's products were mainly auto parts and machined products, and 95% of customers were OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or Tier 2 suppliers. During this period, I have been to the United States, Italy, Spain, Germany, France, Poland, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Thailand, and more than once. This experience has allowed me to better understand the local market situation and the real needs of customers. There are also beautiful scenery and delicious food in various regions that makes me to experience again. I also become good friends with some customers, especially during the epidemic, we supported each other and spent a tough time.Two years ago, I returned to my hometown Qingdao, a beautiful seaside city with best port and delicious beer. So I naturally fell in love with the outdoor sports industry. With previous experience in market development, communication, and project management, I have my own unique management approach to related products. Especially as we are a trading company, we also pay more attention to the needs of customers and how to evaluate and match different suppliers.Good work habits and experience have also earned me the trust from customers. We are cooperating with some mainstream brands to develop new products and provide solutions for them.
