As part of the admin team at Coffee Exchange I was primarily responsible for three components within the business. - Digital Asset Creation & Management - Creating & managing digital content for social media marketing, printed display & ad content, as well as internal documents. - Training & Professional Development - Developing & teaching internal training content for both new hires and seasoned baristas. - Mail Order - Overseeing the mail order department: Providing customer support for mail order customers, Managing Coffee Exchange's Shopify platform, & assisting with mail order packaging and shipping.

In this role I created and managed graphic and video assets for The Coffee Exchange,managed daily mail order operations, and employed top grade coffee craftsmanship and customer service daily.

At Coffee Exchange I started with 0 experience, but quickly developed a passion and deep appreciation for specialty coffee. During my time in this role I learned how to craft professional quality espresso beverages, and developed leadership experience overseeing closing shifts and procedures. I also had the opportunity to help facilitate the establishment of Coffee Exchange's cold brewing system.
