FAnderson, LLC is a small, highly specialized professional services firm offering Program, Project and/or Construction Management firm that is a self-certified Federal small disadvantaged business (SDB), Broward County CBE and SBE certified firm and additionally certified as a Federal HUBZone business located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We are a Professional Engineering Services (PES) firm licensed as a limited liability corporation in the states of Missouri and Florida with strong core competencies that provide oversight and coordination of the project; which comes from a unique perspective, by Mr. Anderson’s nearly 25 years of professional training as an architectural project manager. The two main lines of business at the time of founding FAnderson, LLC in 2006 were based on Mr. Anderson’s experience in project management and construction administration and now at any given time, the firm can provide from the programmatic level to project close-out; a support structure for a variety of commercial, private, federal, state, and local agencies, depending on the project. As the firm has grown over the years, additional lines of business possibilities, including A/E design and Real Estate development, have been added as qualified personnel have elected to be partnered with the firm. Our responsibility, as your agent in the field, is to ensure the highest quality job delivered on time and within budget. In our role as the liaison between the Owner, Owner’s Consultants, Designers, Agencies and the Contractors; we ensure that your project is delivered on schedule, on budget and with the highest quality possible, due to our commitment to you.

One of the projects I worked on was the Louisiana Superdome where as Project Manager, working with FEMA, responsibilities were to coordinate a report of findings of damage due to Hurricane Katrina and subsequent project management for the Architectural Design Team on the refurbishment of the restrooms, concessions, suites, locker rooms and seating bowl.

My duites included acting as Project Architect, Project Manager or Designer on a variety of projects. Included within my roles was the lead role in developing the office guidelines for the office AutoCAD standards.

I performed duties as either the Lead Project Architect, Project Manager or Lead Designer on major sports facilities; when the firm was known as HOK, Sport, Venue and Event. My main focus was on renovations to existing stadia; whether professional or collegiate.
