Lead 120 members in the team, manage conflict, and make a right decisions in fast-paced and dynamic situations.2.) Create an innovative and engaging event concept that successfully increased the number of national technology seminar attendees up to 300% from the previous event.3.) Collaborated with more than 30 sponsors and media to make the Systems Information Festival success.
