Responsible for performing Safety, Health and Environment activities:• Perform risk assessment of working environment• Conduct SHE and Driver Safety Monthly meeting• Prepare and update JSA (Job safety analysis)• Prepare PTW (Permit to work) before the job started• Submit SHE monthly report to Head of Physical Transport• Arrange plan for monthly toolbox meeting and report to Head of Physical Transport• Plan and conduct Emergency response drills (1 big drill and 3 small drills) every yearConduct journey management activities for physical transportation at Balikpapan Branch:• Conduct Road Hazard Mapping (RHM) for new customer, 3 days before virgin delivery• Update RHM every 6 months and socialize to driver• Conduct rest area assessment and socialize to driverManage administrative and reporting duties within own departmentFacilitate development of competent human resource and conducive working environment:• Ensure that subordinates including daily workers and outsourcing meet with Company requirements• Couch / counsel subordinates to increase work motivation and achieve best performance• Conduct performance evaluation of direct and indirect subordinates based on the company policyImprove self competencies through relevant and effective training and development program
