Provides leadership and direction for supply chain processes and personnel across multiple facilities within New Mexico. Accountable for developing supply chain methods and metrics to ensure the teams operate effectively and that clinical staff receive the products they need to provide exceptional patient care. The role includes establishing, meeting, and continuously monitoring the goals and objectives while aligning with Presbyterian Healthcare Services' strategic goals and objectives. The position’s major responsibility is directing day-to-day operations, budgeting, inventory management, and human resource management. Focused on system and process improvements for staff engagement, productivity, accuracy, reporting dashboards, customer service, cost control, quality control, inventory control, cycle counting, supply storage, mail operations, PAR inventory management, on-site distribution, optimization of technology, and supply chain processes at all locations managed.

Work within the client’s corporate philosophy, strategies, values, and strategic imperatives. Enable the organization’s supply chain capabilities and initiatives that support performance over a multi-year horizon. Ensure that daily cost-quality-delivery objectives and supply chain routines—including delivering to product and service level agreements—are established, communicated, obtained, and sustained.
