Looking after overall operations of 4 Dealerships of KIA Motors in State ( Sales, Services and used vehicles)

> The working portfolio was to deal will all RFQs & Tenders coming in to the division. Has to co-ordinate with shipping lines/ overseas agents / Vessel owners / Brokers globally for trade with preparation of quotations / tenders of various clients.>Coordinating with overseas agents with the pre-alerts etc. Ensuring proper handling of the shipments, comparing cargo rates with different agents, maintaining the progress of dispatched shipments, time to time for avoid delays.> Communicate loading confirmation and transshipment details to customer. Procuring Via for urgent Loading / Lot loading request to Ports.> Prepare various reports and analyses with get interacting in various operational activities for different shipments.> Responsible for AMS / ISF filing for U.S shipments, ENS for European shipments and Manifesting of Bills of lading.> Releasing B/L, Generating, Closing and Manifesting B/L in the On Line system. Corresponding with overseas counterparts regarding the Surrender matter and correspondence with principal regarding all the matter regarding Export Documentation.> Filing all the released B/L and Surrender B/L for future reference and for audit purpose. Preparing Debit notes and sending to customers regularly.> Continual correspondence with client after vessel ETD for getting draft B/L and Release Of B/L at the earliest in order to avoid penalty for late release of B/L. Time to time updation of container position till reaching Destination to the customer.

> Managing activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution, involving procurement, vendor development, scheduling, planning, progress monitoring, project tracking.> Handling activities involving working out various requirements & monitoring overall project operations for ensuring timely completion; coordinating projects for the set up standards with accountability for strategic utilisation & deployment of available resources to achieve organisational objectives.>Monitoring the project progress activity and review of project schedule, ensuring cost control within budget, planning for cash flow requirements, etc.> Planning and scheduling of project to meet delivery deadline and mapping the optimum utilization of resource by resource planning.> Evaluating and executing contracting works and coordinating among consultants, contractors and clients.> Preparing Purchase Order (P.O) and Letter of Intent (LOI) for vendors in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.> Comparing the actual with budget and reporting the variances to the Management.
