It was a 10-year journey implementing Prototype & Lab Management Systems starting with 6 labs on one campus and growing to 17 labs at 7 sites worldwide. Application portfolio grew from 5 siloed systems to 9 inter-connected systems supporting the data flow through prototype, warehouse and testing labs. Streamlined submission and scheduling of tests to improve efficiency. My involvement started from 2007 in Braking headquarter in US and continued with system expansion to the tech center in China after relocating to Shanghai in 2013. Responsibility Highlights:• Analyze and design data points to calculate savings and support business cases justifying project investment.• Continuously resolving conflicting change requests as userbases grow and support the development and maintenance of product roadmap.• Lead implementation projects for new releases and new sites rollout.• Provide onsite tier-2 and tier-3 technical support.• Perform business analysis tasks as part of the scrum team supporting Engineering PLM software Windchill’s global rollout. Requested by headquarter central lab management team in 2007, started leading the development of Prototype & Lab Information management systems. Responsibility Highlights: • Drive requirement gathering by facilitating workshops, analyzing business documentations and making customer interviews.• Define and align long-term and short-term product goals with business goals, maintain and communicate the product roadmap • Set and prioritize off-shore development team’s work assignment• Coordinate training, testing and onsite delivery.• Provide onsite tier 2 and tier 3 support and addressing severity 1, 2 helpdesk tickets Selected Accomplishment: • Led the in-house implementation of Lab Work Order Management systems in 3 product lines and 5 sites. • Completed Prototype Work Order Management system localization and expansion to Shanghai China• Led the IT effort in the selection, implementation and support of standard Calibration Management tool.

Developed and maintained intranet websites and applications for multiple corporate functions including Finance, Purchasing, Engineering and Quality. Technologies used include Lotus Notes, Coldfusion, Oracle, MySQL, Sql Server, Access, Active Directory (LDAP), SOAP Web Services/XML.
