As first operator, I have performed more than 500 structural heart disease interventions, including highly complex electrosurgery procedures, dual valvular interventions, concurrent valve-in-valve and paravalvular procedures, intervention in extreme-risk patients, various mechanical circulatory support methods including LAVA-ECMO, alternative-access procedures, venous and systemic mass extraction procedures, educational LIVE case at major a international cardiology meeting (American College of Cardiology Annual Scientific Session 2024), interventions in special anatomy, and modifications of pre-existing procedure as well as innovative and experimental procedures based on principles, such as the development of new electrosurgery procedures, simplification of alternative access, application of lithotripsy in structural interventions, and the implementation of radial access for selected structural interventions. I have also performed 50 peripheral arterial interventions. I am the first Asian to have performed more than 20 Transcatheter tricuspid valve replacements with the Edwards Evoque system, including valve delivery via transjugular access in patients who have failed transfemoral approach.

I performed more than 500 procedures, as first operator, including complex high risk indicated coronary interventions in left main tri/bifurcation and sequential bifurcation procedures, complex calcium modification technique rotatripsy / atherectomy / lithotripsy, treatment of multi-layer in-stent restenosis, chronic total occlusion, multilayer transcatheter heart valves, protruding stents, arterial and vein grafts, concurrent fistula, mechanical circulatory support for high risk multivessel coronary intervention, complication management such as coronary perforation, educational demonstration of complex coronary interventional techniques for educational courses organized by at my institution for regional interventional cardiologists. Unique to the MGB institutions, coronary procedures were performed with nearly 100% imaging-guidance, incorporating highly algorithmic and reproducible approach. Assuming the role of an attending interventionist, I have supervised and instructed general cardiology fellows on the technique of diagnostic coronary arteriogram and right heart catherizations and on the interpretation of results. I also performed pulmonary thrombectomy, pulmonary catheter-based fibrinolysis, and placement of IVC filters. I have completed a highly didactic and algorithmic educational training program encompassing all aspects of interventional cardiology taught by the Harvard faculty, which includes more than 100 hours of lectures, case reviews, and literature appraisal, and leadership development
