Channel Account Manager - Msps
Current- Shape and execute a channel marketing strategy to engage MSPs and generate revenue- Understand MSPs’ business objectives and build and execute agreed-upon marketing strategies- Collaborate with Product Marketing to provide timely and relevant channel-enablement communications, promotions, and education for new product launches- Manage and optimize content for email campaigns, newsletters, video scripts, blogs, ads, social media, and collateral- Create high-quality, multi-format content such as social media posts, video scripts, email campaigns, sales enablement materials, partner case studies, blog content, and white papers- Manage all aspects of channel and partner events, including webinars, trade shows, and Partner Forums- Coordinate event logistics, including strategy, materials creation, vendor relations, site selection, registration, agenda scheduling, staffing, and on-site production- Conduct post-event evaluations and ROI analyses, reporting results and recommendations to sales and marketing teams- Plan and manage account-based marketing activities with the Channel Sales team, identifying key accounts and executing strategic campaigns- Track, analyze, and report on channel marketing data to shape future marketing strategies- Collaborate with Operations teams and sales leaders to ensure full cycle follow-through for Marketing Leads and MQLs
