CurrentWorking at the front desk for greeting clients, assisting and booking clients for language assessment appointments and settlement appointments for the Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge-Stratford RegionDirecting clients to the appropriate services including immigration settlement, employment, and language assessment. Screening clients and making appropriate referrals to different programs, workers, or assessorsAnswering and transferring incoming calls, returning voice messages, and taking messages for coworkersResponding to intake emails and distributing to appropriate workers in the timely mannerChecking clients eligibilities and providing mandarin and english language of services, using translation apps/services to communicate with clientsEntering and maintaining clients information in the booking system(HARTs), OCASI client management system(OCMS), and obtaining information from immigration related government websites(iCare)
