I am responsible for strategic marketing of APAC business. I provide monthly report executive team to report market trend; key competitor action; price variance and progress of key initiatives. Especially for High growth region, I helped management team to create growth and investment plan, provide update accordingly. I am also a key writer of yearly strategic plan. I work with finance to finish financial model of corporate strategic plan. I also work with business leader to create 5 year business plan and help managers to track the progress.I am also ensuring the marketing operational efficacy and excellence of a marketing program including the channel program and other promotional activities. I analyze product family sales data to understand trends, market demand and competitive information. I am also responsible for analyzing and charactering regional market and product segmentation, competitive landscape in the selected vertical markets across the regional. I am also in charge of channel marketing in Japan and Korea. I am managing 3 disty and several partners in that area. Duties and Responsibilities• Help management team to finish yearly strategic plan• Finish financial model of strategic plan• Prepare report for monthly business review• Prepare report for AOP planing• Support local PAC project• Manage Japan and Korea channel partners• Provide analysis to channel sell-in and sell out report and SPR project pricing to under partner and product performance• Provide APAC channel program rebate calculation for partners • Provide ROI analysis of APAC marketing campaigns and promotional activities• Design and define market research projects that provide recommendations to business questions• Conduct market research to analyze competitors, determine brand perception, evaluate market penetration and understand customer needs
