➥ Reporting directly to the company’s President in Europe.● Held full P&L Responsibility.● With CareerBuilder rolling out more than three products every year, I was responsible for:○ Understanding the products and decide which of these fit in the EU Market.○ Working with the local MDs to localize the products.○ Preparing all relevant Sales Processes and Workflows and align them with the existing local Sales Strategies.○ Train the local Sales Reps for a successful regional roll-out.○ Get the first 100 customers to validate the EU Market’s product and report back to the U.S.● Helped the company scale from 5 to 50M+ while managing seven different markets (Greece, Romania, Sweden, Italy, Spain, France, Germany, and the UK) and more than 250 Sales People. ● Visited high-caliber schools and learned from the best how to build and Automate Sales Processes to scale Sales, both from inbound and outbound customers.● Gained experience on how to navigate through a complex corporate structure to influence decisions.● Being an EU Board advisor, I had the chance to get involved in various acquisitions in Europe and see how this works, not only from the seller’s standpoint but also from the buyer’s.
