The position has a strong focus on operations strategy, people management, and operational excellence / acting as One Team and on aligning operational processes globally.Main responsibilities• Build strong networks throughout the compliance community through continuous engagement with stakeholders/partners to further enhance the support delivery in healthcare compliance.• Effectively collaborate in the design and implementation of operational healthcare compliance through refining and establishing processes and procedures that support best-in-class operational healthcare compliance for stakeholders/partners globally.• Develop comprehensive key delivery requirements related to affiliate interactions (e.g. Grant, Sponsorship, Donation, Events) with Healthcare Professionals (HCP) and Healthcare Organization (HCO) in line with the business / product line vision.• Oversee scheduled healthcare compliance reviews by ensuring relevant evidence/documentation for HCP and HCO are performed in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with Company Policies, Procedure and local / external regulatory requirements.• Ensure the accuracy of TFSR including financial sustainability, HCP spend in the Transparency Spend Reporting (TSR) system and global cross border HCP/HCO spend.• In collaboration with the Global Product Lead Operational Compliance establish (a) key performance measurements and (b) develop monitoring mechanisms to ensure quality and service line efficiencies.
