As a Junior Organizational Development Cunsultant:- I held tranings and workshops for employees and individuals on the following topics: motivation, self-knowledge, work-life balance, re-integration into the labor market, communication and cooperation. - I worked as project assistant on an international Danube Interreg project, where we supported re-starter entrepreneurs. - I acted as a first point of contact for a mentorship program for re-starter entrepreneurs.
