I joined a <10 person team in a consulting role to operationalize the program's launch in Aug 2023 which included both an online product and live program simultaneously and then supported with product operation growth plans in scaling.

I single-handedly supported hundreds of software engineers each month in the program to reinvent their relationship with time management, stress, mindset, imposter syndrome (to name some) and achieve their dream job transition.

I project managed the transition of 500+ clients in Asia from a retiring attorney in Seattle to a new team in San Francisco. At the core, this role was about constantly moving between high level planning and hyper-detailed execution steeped in client compassion. I built systems to transition years of client context and handle all of the logistics for quarterly trips in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and China with high profile clients.

Coursera is a for-profit ed-tech startup providing access to online courses by partnering with top universities and organizations. As the youngest promoted manager in the company, I led a 10-person team supporting 150+ university partners in the creation, launch, and maintenance of all courses. Operations were scaled to launch 1100+ courses with budget and service steady.

I led the coordination and launch of 33 specializations (3-5 course series) which yielded the company’s biggest launch of content and revenue to date. This included extensive internal cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering, partnerships, legal, finance, marketing, and customer service as well as external work with global course teams.

As the only non-technical person on an engineering team, I built operational systems, training materials, and success metrics to launch a tutoring pilot. After identifying that product feedback was not effectively shared with engineering, I stepped up and ultimately scaled the support of 15M customers by leveraging creative solutions without compromising quality.

I documented the history of the organization in the past 25 years through Andy Falender's tenure as Executive Director and I worked with AMC’s Conservation Department regarding forest legislation in Massachusetts.
