As a CompTIA certified ICT Manager, I have over 16 years of experience in delivering IT solutions for various sectors, including hospitality, transportation, and document management. I have a strong background in system administration, network infrastructure, technical support, and IT hardware and software management. My most recent role was at Superior Hotels Kenya, where I supervised all daily and weekly IT operations in the hotel. I was responsible for designing and implementing IT procedures, policies, and systems that enhanced organizational efficiency, security, and customer satisfaction. I also managed and worked with suppliers, documented and archived troubleshooting, and developed and adapted ideas to bring IT services to higher management. I assisted existing and new properties when required, and recovered any gaps that might face the IT department.
