HR Specialist, supporting full spectrum of HR function, reporting to Regional HR Director- Recruiting: organizing in-take meeting with recruiter & hiring manager, screening CV & interviewing candidates, providing interview guidance to hiring manager & feedback to recruiters in order to fulfill the recruiting target based on Business needs. - HR life-cycle operations: preparing & issuing offer/salary proposal, processing on-boarding/exit/transfer cases, conducting new employee orientation, monitoring contract renew & probation process, issuing announcement & HR letters, managing P-file, etc. - C&B operations: Managing employee attendance, payroll administration, social benefits contribution & commercial insurance, etc. Responsible for Shanghai Residence Permit/Shanghai Hukou/Flexible working hour scheme application.- Training: Coordinating on the implementation of various training programs including Development Programs, Coaching programs and Associate Learning Week, providing logistics support, training needs & audience identification, after-training follow-up and feedback survey, ect. - HRIS: Be the key liaise person to maintain HR system including SAP, Performance Management System, making sure 100% data accuracy in systems. - Admin support to Head of HR, Asia Pacific: managing calendar & travel, expense claims and any other HR project- Other tasks assigned by manager

HR Specialist – Global Mobility, reporting to Regional C&B Manager- Work with country HR to start assignment, including initiating assignment, preparing assignment letter& balance sheet, communicating with assignee and coordinating with home & host country HR.- Work with service vendor (E&Y) to provide assignment package preparation, bi-annually allowance update and other related projects. Monitor China IIT monthly filing process and other tax issues.- Support Shanghai Office assignees with daily operations, including on boarding & repatriation process, home leave set up & monitor, ready to answer questions regarding daily operations from assignees. - Monitor local agency to provide relocation services to Shanghai assignees, including work/residence permit, house hunting, car management, tenant management, etc.- Prepare and update monthly reports related to assignment, including Assignment dashboards, monthly CIGNA billing report, monthly assignment cost allocation report, etc.
